The TeamEdward started his property career in the mid-1990s by answering an advertisement in the Evening Standard newspaper which simply stated, “Estate Agents required, no experience necessary!” Yet to fully realise his career ambitions, he applied and started his first job in property as a Sales Negotiator for a firm in Notting Hill.
He loved it: being out and about, learning the market and after a while, selling plenty of stock for clients.
Edward moved to another firm in Kensington and started to value property as well as sell. However, he was more than convinced by this time that his future lay in his own hands.
Since his first acquisition for a client in Belgravia in 1999, Edward has remained determined to balance the scales in the buyers’ favour.
Vanessa was born in London and has worked in the property sphere almost her entire professional life and it shows. Coming from a family of property developers and prior to joining Edward at Stone Acquisitions. Vanessa enhanced her already considerable knowledge of the prime London market, as a senior sales negotiator and then office manager for an estate agency in South Kensington.
Her in-depth knowledge and experience of nearly 30 years make her a natural for acquisition and corporate relocation, which have been her focus.
